Frequently Asked Questions

All gifts are packaged in a canvas reusable drawstring bag. Some items are also wrapped in a ribbon (baby blankets). Preschool Backpacks are packaged in a plastic sleeve to protect during shipping (no drawstring bag provided).

No as most of our items are sent as gifts, all items are sent WITHOUT a packing slip or invoice.

At checkout, there is an area to write a note. Please leave your words there. They will be hand written onto a A6 card.

Generally speaking, you have 3 hours to change your mind. Please emailkalisty@otiandmarn.co.nz immediately if you wish to amend the order. Please note that we cannot guarantee amendments submitted after 3 hours as your order may already be in production.

We have set the letter requirements per product which will look the best. I.e 7 letters for the Jellycats, 10 letters for the blankets etc. Please bear in mind that the longer the name, the smaller the appearance of the name will look.

Currently our turnaround time is displayed at the header of the website. This can change at short notice and may increase with demand. Once dispatched, you will likely receive your gift within 2-3 days, rural will be more.

New Zealand and Australia

Yes, we sure do! Pick up is at our studio in Christchurch (West Christchurch). You will receive a notification when your order is ready to collect. The same production times apply as the courier shipping method. 

Pick up days are Monday - Friday (9am - 430pm) or Saturday (9am - 12pm).  But please confirm the pick up time with us first.

You will receive an automation notification to the email address you provide at the time your order was placed. Your dispatch notification will provide the tracking information and direct link to the courier provider we use.
