Refunds & Exchanges

We are happy to refund your product if it's faulty.  You have 15 days in which to return the order from dispatched date. We will reimburse you for cost of the product and the return shipping costs once received. If you would prefer to exchange, we are happy to do this providing we have stock available in the same item. If you wish to do either, please contact us on kalisty@otiandmarn.co.nz

Items on sale will not be refunded.
