Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Oti & Marn. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing time

All orders are made and processed within 6 days (weekends excluded). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Courier rates

Shipping is based on price and calculated at checkout.  If you reside in Christchurch, you may also use the Click and Collect service.  Pick up is in the suburb of Burnside and is contactless.

Courier to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Courier confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Courier Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damages

Oti and Marn is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship only to Australia. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Oti and Marn is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
